Bro Chill™ program — Pull up. Chop it up. Level up.

MEN'S WELLNESS

Bro Chill™

Pull up. Chop it up. Level up.

A peer-led mental wellness experience for Black and Brown men. No clipboards. No labels. Just brothers building each other up.

What It Is

Bro Chill™ is a biweekly circle where Black and Brown men gather to talk about what's really going on — work, family, fatherhood, identity, pressure, purpose. Facilitated by leaders who look like us and live what we live, every session creates a brave space where vulnerability is strength and silence is finally broken.

Who It's For

  • Black and Brown men, 18 and up
  • Brothers carrying weight they've never put down
  • Men who've never tried therapy — and aren't sure they want to
  • Anyone looking for real community and accountability

What to Expect

01

Pull Up

Walk into a room of brothers. No pressure. Free food. Music. The vibe is right before the work begins.

02

Chop It Up

A facilitated conversation on a real-life topic — fatherhood, finances, fear, faith. You speak when you're ready.

03

Level Up

Leave with tools, perspective, and a circle that has your back beyond the session.

04

Stay Connected

Group text. Follow-ups. Resources when you need them. Brotherhood doesn't end at 8pm.

What You Walk Away With

  • Language for what you've been feeling but couldn't name
  • A network of brothers you can actually call
  • Practical mental wellness tools you can use Monday morning
  • A no-judgment doorway into deeper care if you ever need it
