Bro RISE™ program — Build. Lead. Elevate.

YOUTH PROGRAM

Bro RISE™

Build. Lead. Elevate.

Not therapy first. Trust first. An 8-week brotherhood curriculum that helps young Black and Brown men build identity, lead themselves, and elevate their community.

What It Is

Bro RISE™ CORE is our 8-module, trauma-informed cohort curriculum for young men ages 12–18. Eight 90-minute sessions follow the same predictable ten-part anatomy — Wellness Check-In, Real Talk Circles™, Rise & Reflect Journaling™, and a weekly Bro Rise Challenge™ — so trust becomes a habit and growth becomes a practice. Every cohort is facilitated by trained leaders who look like the room and closes with a Community Impact Project.

Who It's For

  • Young men ages 12–18
  • Schools running SEL, advisory, or HB 18-aligned programming
  • After-school programs, faith spaces, sports teams, and community orgs
  • Districts and partners looking for a culturally aligned mental wellness cohort

What to Expect

01

Same Structure Every Week

Ten-part 90-minute session — check-in, ritual, lesson, exercise, circle, journaling, wellness practice, challenge, close. Predictability is the safety.

02

Real Talk Circles™

One mic, no judgment. Norm-protected discussion where honesty is expected and passing is respected.

03

Bro Rise Journal™

Guided weekly reflection and a weekly Bro Rise Challenge™ to take the work home.

04

Community Impact Project

The cohort designs and delivers a real project in Week 8 — legacy over graduation.

What You Walk Away With

  • Language and a working emotion wheel for what young men actually feel
  • Values, identity, and leadership tools they can use Monday morning
  • A brotherhood that outlasts the cohort
  • A named next step: Academy, Mentorship, or Ambassador track

The Four Pillars

Build. Lead. Elevate. Rise together.

Every cohort is grounded in four pillars that move young men from surviving to thriving.

B

Build

Build identity, values, and emotional literacy from the ground up. Roots before results.

L

Lead

Lead yourself first — your emotions, your circle, your decisions. Then lead others.

E

Elevate

Elevate your community. Take what you learn in circle and use it in the world.

R

Rise

Rise together. Brotherhood is the practice; resilience is the result.
