YOUTH PROGRAM
Resilience. Identity. Strength. Empowerment.
Building the next generation of resilient young men — one conversation, one challenge, one breakthrough at a time.
Bro RISE™ is a youth empowerment program designed for Black and Brown young men ages 12–18. Through mentorship, peer circles, leadership workshops, and lived-experience curriculum, we equip young men with the emotional intelligence, identity grounding, and life skills to thrive — not just survive.
Get connected with a mentor who shares your story and walks the journey with you.
Small-group sessions where you build language for emotions and tools for life.
Hands-on workshops on identity, finances, communication, and purpose.
Service projects, college visits, and mentorship that translates to real outcomes.
The Four Pillars
Every cohort is grounded in four pillars that move young men from surviving to thriving.
Tools to bend without breaking — bounce back from stress, setbacks, and pressure.
Know who you are, where you come from, and where you're going. Roots before wings.
Mental, emotional, and relational strength — built in circle with brothers and mentors.
Voice, vision, and vehicles to lead in school, family, and community.
What You Get
"We don't fix young men. We free them. When a young brother finds language for what he feels, he stops fighting himself — and starts building something."
— Bro RISE™ Facilitator Creed
