YOUTH EMOTIONAL FIRST AID
Real Talk. Real Skills.™
Care Before Crisis™ — delivered on campus. Free pilot available.
Real Talk. Real Skills.™ is A Mindful Resource Inc.'s Youth Emotional First Aid program — a skills-based curriculum that reaches students before challenges become crises, and equips the adults around them to respond with confidence. Pilot at no cost; ongoing delivery is grant-funded when funds are available.
What It Is
A 12-volume, discussion-based curriculum rooted in AMRI's Youth Emotional First Aid™ approach. Trained, background-checked facilitators lead small groups on your campus — teaching practical tools for emotional awareness, everyday coping, healthy communication, and knowing how and when to ask for help. Paired with Real Talk. Real Support.™, our one-day staff training that makes every adult on campus a confident first line of support using the CHECK IN™ framework.
