A facilitated student experience that turns everyday pressure into practical skills. Students learn how to name what they feel, steady themselves, and ask for help before things reach a crisis point.

What happens

  • Facilitators lead consistent sessions with a repeatable arc: check in, learn a skill, practice it, close.
  • Students build a shared vocabulary for stress, anger, grief, pressure, and boundaries.
  • Each session ends with one small action students can use the same week.
  • Campus staff receive session summaries and attendance without student disclosures.

Logistics
